The installation of negative pressure fans in industrial plants is to solve the stuffy heat inside. With positive pressure circulation fans installed in the corners, the forced air flows around the plant, and the air can be directed to the every corner that enhances the plant's indoor ventilation.

Mr. Wang, the director of a machinery factory in Taichung, realized that the hot and dusty workshop caused the poor workplace and the high turnover rate of on-site personnel. This situation have not been completely and effectively solved for a long time. He looked forward to our a ventilation solution as a helping hand. Throughout on-site investigation, we recommended to install a 40" positive pressure fans to solve the problem of stuffy heat and dust in the factory. The design of the 40" positive pressure fan with the vortex cover greatly increases the efficiency of the positive pressure fan by 50%. The original plan of installing 20 positive pressure fans was replaced with 10 vortex positive fans in superior performance. The ventilation problem has been well eliminated.

After installation:
After our ventilation equipment solution was adopted, the long-standing heat and stuffy problems are solves. There are no longer odor and dust situation exist. This achieves a comfortable workplace for the employees in the factory, and the personnel turnover rate was reduced since then.
