Installation of Negative Pressure Fan Improves Working Environment in Screw Factory.
We recently installed a negative pressure fan in a screw factory to improve the working environment for employees. We used the 54-inch seven-blade DC variable frequency negative pressure fan, which is an excellent product with outstanding design and materials.
Firstly, the X-shaped bracket of the negative pressure fan is very sturdy, ensuring that the fan operates without shaking or producing noise. The engineering plastic material has the advantages of acid and alkali resistance, no deformation, and good toughness, ensuring the longevity and durability of the fan.
Additionally, the fan's shaft core is equipped with an R-type plug-in pin, further enhancing the safety level and preventing blade detachment. The fan with the Rema Electric DC variable frequency motor has higher efficiency and better power-saving performance, and it also has an IP66 waterproof rating, allowing it to operate safely in damp environments.
Finally, the fan's outer shell is made of FRP fiberglass composite material, which is resistant to acid and alkali and high temperature and is suitable for use in industrial environments.
During the actual installation process, we added a 90-degree elbow to direct the hot air upwards, without affecting the neighboring residents. The entire installation process went smoothly, and we ultimately met the customer's requirements, improving the factory's working environment and providing employees with a better working experience.
