Once-for-all solution to close the factory's stuffy heat problem.

The design of the airflow tower of the factory building is mainly to utilize the principle of rising warm air to naturally discharge the heat accumulated on the roof to exit the factory building. The textile factory in Tainan still suffers from poor heat dissipation problem after building the airflow tower on the roof. Hence we are asked to propose a ventilation solution. Throughout the tasks of on-site investigation and ventilation design planning, it was decided to adopt negative pressure fans as the ventilation solution for the factory building. Based on the planning without damaging the structure of the building and the roof, 8 sets of 54-inch fans were installed on the airflow tower of the factory building. The negative pressure fan is utilized to enhance the heat dissipation.

After installation:
After adopting our ventilation equipment solution, it obviously eliminates the stuffy heat in the factory and effectively improves the odor and dust problems, that significantly achieves a comfortable workplace for the employees in the factory. The owner is very satisfied to the installation process and result.
